Playing tourist in my backyard today: founded by Julius Caesar circa 45 BC, these three pillars are what’s left of the amphitheatre.

The good thing about doing a 365 project is that some days you just run into an image that you really adore and wouldn’t normally be able to capture if you didn’t have your camera with you at all times:
Have been taking the train for the last week, and can’t help but notice the art in the sky.
A man takes a photo of the beautiful view from the Nyon castle in Switzerland.
The Gendarmerie car sits at the Nyon highway exit with an exquisite sunset behind it.
I have noticed that lately, every day at sunset, this massive flock of birds accumulates in front of my office on a construction crane. As I leave around 6, they always seem to be flying around in the sky. Today, like many days, I looked up.
With an impending snow storm, everyone is off early.
Love going to the American Market in Geneva or Nyon to get that little taste of home. These are two of my favourites: root beer and pop tarts!
