Being in Europe for the last 7 years, I forgot how popular seat scooters are here in North America. This specific one, about 60 cm wide, not only is gigantic but is clearly parked under the No Parking sign. I like the composition of the lady on the phone and this scooter, a transportation vehicle out of convenience and not necessity, parked illegally at Giant Tiger on Cannon and Hughson Streets.
